Many of our customers have Celiac’s disease or have an intolerance to gluten. Most commonly, the protein gluten is found in wheat and wheat flour. These ingredients are the base of most breads and pastries. We aim to provide wholesome and affordable alternatives to the breads and desserts many people have to live without due to allergies.
Our hours are as follows:
Monday: 8 am – 6 pm
Tuesday: 8 am – 6 pm
Wednesday: 8 am – 6 pm
Thursday: 8 am – 8 pm throughout the San Carlos farmers market season
Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 2 pm
Sunday – CLOSED
Note: We will be CLOSED Friday 9/3, Saturday 9/4, and Monday 9/6 for labor day weekend.
